ADMISSION NOTICE – NURSERY  (2022-23)

Holy Child Senior Secondary School Tagore Garden is an unaided Christian Minority School run by Sisters of Charity.

Forms will be available ONLINE only from 15^th December 2021 to 07^th January 2022  for Registration to Nursery Class. Fill the complete details in the form online and submit it online with payment of Rs.25/.

  After  filling the form online, take a print out on A4 size paper and submit it in the School from 16^th December, 2021 to 07^th January 2022  on all working days except Saturdays and Sundays between 08.30 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. and collect the acknowledgement stamped for further admission process.

Girl child who will be 03 years of age on 31-03-2022 (Students born between 01-04-2018 -31-03-2019) will be  eligible for applying.

You are requested to submit the attested photocopies of the following documents in the school along with online printed forms and required photographs.

• Birth Certificate of the child with child’s name from (MCD, NDMC, Panchayat Etc.)
• Proof of residence any one of the following:

(Ration Card / Election ICard / Driving License/ recent MTNL Land Phone Bill / recent Electricity Bill / Adhaar Card of Father/ Mother) 

• Adhaar Card of Child
• Baptism Certificate (only for Christians)
• Document proof for every point mentioned in the form (sibling, Alumini, Staff member)
• Note : The School reserves the right to reject application forms with incomplete or false information.
• After submitting the form, please check our school website and login with your ID and password (at the time of registration) for further information.
